The cakes from Full Spirited Flavours contain the highest quality liqueur, resulting in a delicious, moist, heavenly dessert. My tastebuds have never been treated so well! Their cakes come in four delectable flavors: Amaretto, Chocolate Raspberry, Limoncello, and Mango Coconut Rum.
Amaretto - This recipe has been made for many years by Sue, one of the three sisters who started Full Spirited Flavours. This cake is made with Amaretto and rich chocolate pieces infused with an Amaretto glaze and topped with a hint of toasted almonds. A unique subtle flavor with exceptional moistness.
Limoncello - This cake, a close runner-up to the Amaretto cake in my opinion, is made with imported Limoncello liqueur, lightly embellished with white chocolate pieces, infused with our Limoncello glaze and topped with our scrumptious Limoncello soaked crumb topping.
Chocolate Raspberry - This unique decadent chocolate cake is made with a premium Raspberry liqueur, touch of chocolate chunks, infused with our raspberry liqueur glaze and sprinkled with a touch of pink Belgium chocolate flakes creating a unique chocolate/raspberry combination like no other. If you like chocolate, you are going to love this cake!
Mango Coconut Rum - This cake is baked with a fine Coconut Rum and a touch of sweet mango, infused with our coconut rum liqueur glaze creating a unique blend of flavors that will take you to the islands. I love how nicely the flavors blend in this cake, each able to be tasted, but none of the flavors steal the show.
It was very difficult for me to decide which was my favorite, because I loved all flavors, which surprised me. I did not think that I would like the Mango Coconut Rum cake because I am not a fan of coconut, but the flavors blended very well, and I really enjoyed it. If I had to choose one, I think I would choose the Amaretto cake. But my suggestion would be to purchase their Single Serving Spirited Gift Pack, so you can sample each cake to decide which is your favorite!
