Looking for the best holiday light adventure in the area? Look no further than Elmwood Park Zoo's WILD LIGHTS!
This year, Elmwood will be premiering a new holiday tradition for your family. Come experience millions of dazzling LED lights as you and your little ones take in this magical experience travelling down "Disco Ball Way" and "Candy Cane Lane". In addition to the light spectacular there will be several attractions available to complete the holiday fun. Holiday snacks and themed drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Guests 21 and over can enjoy wine and draft beers at our Zoo Brew Beer Garden & Bar.
WILD LIGHTS will open November 16th and run on select dates through December 31st beginning at 6PM each evening, so plan your trip today! For those families with little ones, great news! Santa's Workshop
No holiday event is complete without a visit with the big guy himself. Have your family pose for pictures with Santa and real-life reindeer in front of a beautiful background, complete with those sparkling lights!
Children's Attractions
Both the zoo's carousel and the train will be running to delight your little ones as they marvel in the beautiful light installations.
Zip Line Adventure
For those feeling a bit more adventurous, the zip line will be up and running! As you soar over the bison enclosure, you'll activate a light tunnel below- a truly phenomenal experience you won't find anywhere else this season.
Desert Party with Bubby the Bison
On select Sundays in December (2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd), join Bubby the bison mascot for a special desert party! He'll be serving up delicious holiday-themed treats, a hot chocolate bar, and gingerbread decorating!
