Halloween is fast approaching and you're invited to a not-so-spooky dance party! The Dance Effect Performing Arts Center in Spring City is opening it's door Halloween week (Oct 23-28) and throwing SEVENTEEN dance parties. Attendees will warm up, learn a few new moves and have a ton of fun. Dance parties are open to kids ages 18 months through 8 years of age. Dress in your favorite costume and dance the day away with new friends. No experience necessary, this is a no pressure, fun and free event.
